Based on Dr. Bird’s research for his dissertation, he will present several advantages and disadvantages of the agile software developmental approach reported in the survey results of software project managers, based on their actual experiences. As Dr. Bird presents the strengths and weaknesses of the agile software developmental approach, he will discuss the strategies that will help improve future agile development projects. Dr. Bird opens up important strategic opportunities that agile development of application software can be seen as an effective and efficient methodology to deploy application software while allowing IT projects to be adaptive to a changing business strategy environment.

Dr. Bird can deliver a motivational speech that is a highly expressive dialogue  with your organization which will advocate and stimulate your sales staff, project team members, and management staff to pursue important personal and corporate goals, ensuring that they will choose right corporate strategy path as they meet these goals. He introduces how to manage time efficiently, multi-tasking various tasks to become more productive, and reduce the time wasters. Dr. Bird will present his processes that he used to work full time as a professor, go to school full time to complete a PhD program, perform 22 comedy shows in a year’s time, and still have time to sleep and be with the family.

Dr. Bird will present management steps that will provide assistance to the project manager leading culturally diverse teams, which will be their best chance for improving productivity, allowing for the successful completion of projects in an effective and efficient manner. As many project managers are facing project teams made of individuals from different cultures, heterogeneous mixes, and differing demographics, many project managers have the necessary management approach as they start treading this new territory. The application of the steps as presented by Dr. Bird will help in the successful completion of many complex projects.
